Ron Clevenger is an innovative and respected business leader with a successful record of leading companies in business development, strategy and revenue growth. Known for his outstanding communication skills and trustworthy leadership, Ron has come to excel at building cohesive and high performing teams while demonstrating level-headed executive strategy.

Prior to leading Mustard Seed, he served as Vice President for Hart Intercivic, a trusted, national election technology innovator. Before Hart, Ron held multiple executive leadership positions at Micron, Segue Software, Balihoo, and Single Point Solutions.

After moving to Idaho in 1994, Ron fell in love with the Gem State. Outside of the office, he values and enjoys time with his wife of 31 years, 3 grown children, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Ron plays pickleball competitively and is also a fly-fishing junkie. His current record local catch is a 20” rainbow trout in the Boise River. Ron is a baseball aficionado and has relished the game both as a fan for many years and as a coach who saw several of his players go on to play at the collegiate level and earn their bachelor’s degree.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.

Kelly received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University in 1989. Kelly served as General Manager and Owner of his own Beer and Wine Distributing Company, and later served as an Elder/Pastor at Calvary Chapel Boise. Kelly brings with him twenty-two years of experience in insurance sales and management, specializing in life, health, property, and casualty.

Kelly started Mustard Seed Financial & Insurance in 2009, and now brings this broad knowledge of life, health, property, and casualty to his own agencies. Mustard Seed Truck Insurance now provides the commercial transportation industry with all the specialized coverages and services that a commercial trucking and transportation risk requires.

Kelly is currently 1/3 owner at Bergstrom Nutrition of Vancouver, Washington, a nutraceutical ingredient supplier. Kelly enjoys ministry, coaching, hunting, fishing, snow skiing along with his wife and six children.

Kelle Sue graduated from Central Washington University in 1990 with a double major in Business Administration and Office Management. Moving to Chehalis, Washington, Kelle Sue worked at a grocery store chain as their Office Manager. The next sixteen years were spent enjoying being a housewife and mother to their six children. Kelle Sue started with Mustard Seed in 2010 as a CSR and was quickly moved to Controller. Today, she is Secretary/Treasurer of Mustard Seed Financial & Insurance and is responsible for Human Resources and paying the bills. Her love for her family and being involved in their lives is one of her passions. Kelle Sue also loves to travel, photography, scrapbooking, and cooking.
